Terms & Privacy: the short version

What IronLion is

IronLion is a digital introducer. We verify businesses, list their confirmed deals, and introduce them to investors. We are not a lender, a financial advisor, or a fund manager. We do not hold, pool or manage anyone’s money, and we do not provide investment advice or recommendations.

Every deal concluded through an introduction on IronLion is a private agreement between the entrepreneur and the investor. Its terms, performance and outcome belong to those parties. Investing carries risk, including the risk of losing the money invested.

Terms of use

Verification reflects checks completed at a point in time against independent sources. It is a statement of what was verified, not a warranty, a prediction, or an endorsement of any deal or party.

Users must provide true, accurate information. Misrepresenting an order, a document or an identity results in removal from the platform and may be reported.

The business pays a flat facilitation fee only when its deal is funded. Investors pay no fee to IronLion. Fees are disclosed before any deal is listed.

Privacy (POPIA)

We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. Verification checks run only with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

We collect only what verification and the marketplace require. Investors see verification outcomes and deal information, never your raw bank data. We do not sell personal information.
