Is IronLion a lender?
No. IronLion never lends money and never holds it. We are a digital introducer: we verify businesses, list their confirmed deals, and introduce them to investors. When a deal is funded, the money moves directly from the investor to the business under their own private agreement.
Is this a loan with interest?
No. There is no loan and no interest. An investor funds a specific deal in exchange for an agreed share of that deal’s profit, settled when the deal completes and the buyer pays. The terms are agreed privately between the business and the investor.
Do you give advice or recommend deals?
No. We present verified facts: identity, business standing, bank-verified cash flow, deal documents and a Trust Score. We never recommend a deal, rank one above another as advice, or tell anyone what to fund. You choose every deal; the decision is yours.
What does “verified” mean?
Three levels of checks, completed before a deal goes live: the director’s identity (checked against Home Affairs with biometrics), the business (registration and standing at CIPC), and the money (bank account ownership and real cash flow via open banking). Where the deal rests on a buyer’s order, we can also verify previous payments from that buyer in the business’s bank statements.
Who holds the money?
Never us. The investor pays the business directly, and the buyer pays the business directly. IronLion does not touch, hold, pool or manage funds at any point.
What does it cost?
Businesses pay one flat facilitation fee, only when their deal is successfully funded. Nothing upfront, no subscription. Investors never pay to invest.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Returns are never guaranteed, fixed or risk-free. Your return is an agreed profit share that is contingent on the deal completing and the buyer paying. A verified deal can still fail, and you can lose some or all of the money you put in.
